Over the weekend I went to Mrs Mindfulness‘s ‘The Art of Mindful Living Retreat’ at the Mangrove Yoga Ashram just out of Sydney.
With a mind that generally runs a million miles an hour, I liked being reminded to stop reacting and start responding.
The retreat provided a space to let go. To be. To breathe.
For all of those things, I am grateful.
