Honeymooning in Australia: Mullumbimby / Byron Area

Happy New Year everyone! Welcome to 2016.

Just before the end of 2015, we were lucky enough to spend our belated honeymoon in Northern New South Wales, Australia. It was the most perfect holiday, full of bliss, reading, inspiration, writing, a little bit of sketching, a lot of nature, and even photography for once!

2015 was fairly stale in terms of my creative activity. It happens. Creativity comes in waves but I was thrilled to feel it heightened on our honeymoon (and now too). That time, not only for spending it with my hubby, was precious, irreplaceable and beyond a dream.

It’s a pleasure to share a few pieces of the paradise with you.

[If you’re looking for honeymoon destinations, writers retreats, fun and adventurous family holidays, I recommend Toolond Plantation in Palmwoods, just out of Mullumbimby. It is beyond this world.]

But I’ll let you be the judge!

Unforgettable.

“If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.” ― Amit Ray

“It’s only when we truly know and understand that we have a limited time on earth – and that we have no way of knowing when our time is up – that we will begin to live each day to the fullest, as if it was the only one we had.” ― Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

I hope 2016 is an unforgettable, beautiful year full of all the things you love. Success, prosperity, love, experiences, belonging, and connection; may they all be yours.

Happy New Year.

Warm wishes for peace,
Julie
